Become a Real Estate Broker!
LEARN MOREYour Career as a Real Estate Broker
A real estate broker is a step above a real estate agent and has more training and education than a real estate agent. Brokers must have completed additional training and licensing requirements including The Fundamentals of Real Estate Course, all four practice area courses (Residential, Commercial, Rural, Property Management Courses) and lastly The Real Estate Broker Course. Brokers can work independently or hire real estate agents to work under them in a brokerage. Brokers are responsible for their real estate agents' actions.
