RISE Real Estate Academy. The content is honestly one of the best parts — it's clear, well organized, and actually helps you understand things instead of just memorizing. Big thanks to my mentor, Neil Fawcett. He was super helpful throughout and always explained things in a way that made sense. Having that kind of support made a huge difference for me. Because of the way everything was structured, I was able to complete all three courses — Fundamentals of Real Estate, Residential, and Property Management — in just three months, even with time constraints. I didn't expect to move this fast, but the support and material really made it possible. Overall, I'm really happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Rise to anyone getting into real estate. I'm now looking forward to starting my Commercial course with them as well.

Neil was very helpful with the weekly webinars and went out of his way to answer questions and help me learn the content and how to prep to pass the commercial real estate exam. I had tried with a different organization previously and didn't have any hands on help. Rise Academy truly exceeded my expectations. I had taken a course from another provider before, but Rise offered a much better learning experience. I completed my fundamentals, residential and commercial course with Rise. The courses are great for self study but the support from Neil is what is leading me to write this review! He answered a ton of my questions and was very responsive.
