Exam Pass Guarantee™

For courses purchased before April 30, 2023, you are entitled to a refund from Rise of the licensing exam fee, less a $50 administration fee, if you fail your first attempt at the licensing exam.

The Exam Pass Guarantee™ applies only to the first exam attempt. You must write the exam within 60 days of completing your course, and the guarantee may only be redeemed once per student, per course. You must complete 100% of the course material and be issued a valid course completion certificate to be eligible.

To redeem, submit a copy of your exam feedback blueprint to Rise. For information, contact help@rise-academy.ca or call 403-912-5980.

Refund Policy

Rise is committed to student satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, Rise will refund the purchase price of a course if the refund request is submitted within 10 days of purchase, before the course expires, and before you have completed more than Module Two. A $300 administration fee will be deducted from the refund.

Rise does not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items.

Course Completion

To receive credit for a course, students must complete 100% of the learning material and show their understanding by completing all in-course learning exercises. Students who do not complete 100% of the material will not receive a certificate of completion or credit for the course.

Students cannot write a RECA provincial exam without a certificate of completion. Students who want a certificate of completion for a RECA pre-licensing exam must provide their RECA ID before or upon course completion.

Course Expiration

Courses expire 12 months from the original date of purchase. Students receive an automatic one-month extension at no charge, which begins immediately after the initial 12-month term.

Extensions or reactivations cannot be granted beyond 13 months from the original date of purchase, as every course expires 13 months from the original date of purchase.
